I loved his character in the adventure book! Much as you'd expect from a Blue dragon, he is honorable and challenges the players to a one-on-one duel - and he keeps his word. Pity you'll have to kill him the second time you encounter him. But, I love how anthro half-dragons have become for 5E. In 3E they looked... weird. Great art! Hope he too gets a mini, like Rezmir.
