Another character update for you guys!

Revisiting Flagbearer III again, although apart from darkening the skin and adjusting the hair in order to better reflect the current intended heritage for him, his design has not deviated from the previous update.

What has been changed has been the addition of a long overdue addition to the character, as per his name: the flag! Called officially Flagbearer's "Battle Standard," or affectionately nicknamed "The Big Stick," it is the signature weapon of every single Flagbearer. There have been two versions, which I will share in the near future, but the basic premise of both is that, in addition to serving as a battle staff/spear/polearm, they emit a stream of energy from the top half in the shape and colors of the flag of the United States. This energy can be wielded and controlled by the user for various kinds of energy attacks, protective barriers, restraints, and flight. Kind of like Star-Man/Star-Girl's Cosmic Staff. The version seen here is the second, technological version, as the first and more well known iconic one was lost in the Skarn Invasion.

Special thanks goes out to Pax-Chi , who helped create the "energy flag" portion of the Battle Standard.
