I kinda like Mr. Freeze's gun. It's like a minigun that shoots shards of ice...? I don't know.More Batman villains coming s00n. I'm assembling them into one big character model sheet lineup thingy.
So far these dudes are done:

-The Ventriloquist (the new one, the chick)

If anyone wants to see a villain before the big character sheet unveil (hey, I'm making it sound more epic than it is) just tell me and I'll post it.

one critique: the feet seem a little awkward to me. they're almost like shovels. O: you should spy on people in class and practice drawing their feet.

i think he's aiming for the bruce timm aesthetic, basically simple pointy feet. it was a way of drawing feet that was simple and animated smoothly. i think its implemented well hereand fits with the look

i'm not knocking the aesthetic -- i love the angular style & simplified yet visually captivating forms eddie used.
but most representational styles are based heavily on reality, so anatomy is important. it just seemed to me that the anatomy of the feet -- though it is intentionally stylized -- feels a little awkward. the style itself is not awkward to me, but the anatomy is. maybe if there were more of a definite heel? and maybe also a clearer sole, so they felt more planted on the ground.
(eddie, if you don't want anymore critique, smack me across the face and say "shuddup, loser" :D )

haha. alright! so i looked at some bruce timm stuff to see the effect you were going for & realized that your feet are actually pretty neat. O: now i think the only thing possibly making the ground seem slanted is the angle of the feet -- firefly's right foot (the one on our left) for example, continues the line of his leg. this makes the ground look like it's perpendicular to his leg -- in other words, slanted. but if his foot were perpendicular to the actual ground (in other words, pointed straight down) i think the perspective issue would be solved.
