I did it over time. This has been months worth of work and just design. This is just a big compilation actually. I thank you. I got more on the way. Just sketched up the first gen in my notebook.

After I draw probably about a hundred of them, I might just decided to do all of the first 3 generations.

Working on it. This is more or less a slight look into how depth I go into the designs, coming from the names themselves as well.

DING DING DING! You caught that as well! I actually make lots of references to stuff. I'm all about the small detail.

The general synopsis of the Journey to Blackthorn story is about a disgraced Heracross Champion of the Azalea Kingdom who spared a Swellow who was the natural enemy of Bug Pokemon in battle. As a result, he was branded a traitor and his life was sought after, until the two of them were aided by a Scyther who was also dishonored after having lost in battle. Scyther lost in battle against a Kabutops who was naturally resistant against all the moves Scyther knew, and left his clan of Scyther to seek out a teacher for the move "Steel Wing," a secret move his father knew before passing. As repayment for his help, Swellow agrees to lead them since the master Skarmory that taught him Steel Wing had already left the Flying Kingdom and returned to his home in Blackthorn. Along the way, they are met by a Torkoal from the land Hoenn, his little friend Shuckle, and even a Snorlax that has been washed upon the shores of Cianwood. They journey together as a team of 6 for their own reasons, but hopefully all to eventually reach Blackthorn City where they may accomplish their goals.

Haha, I had a feeling!

Sounds really good! I'm totally excited for it and I can't wait to read it!

I like how you have it in arcs so it can keep going.

I got many concepts laid out, but the question will be which ones to knock out first. I'll just have to kick my butt into gear and start focusing on one thing at a time. For the time being, I just need to do all the ground work and finish the character and world concepts. World should be easier since it's based on the game.
