Sidenotes: Yes, Iceman has two different colored eyes. Different versions of him have had him with green and others with blue eyes. Though the changes in his design between .Exe and classic robot master were subtle, I wanted to include that.
Fireman's design is derived from Mr. Match from the Battle Network series, while Blues is derived from Caud/Blues .Exe with the long white hair. He is also inspired a bit by Zechs Merquise from Gundam Wing. Bombman himself has some design influences from Marcus from Borderlands. Yes, Fireman does have burns, that'll be explained in his chapter later.
