So it's settled! I'm going with Angel :3 She's my #1 for for the 60th Hunger Games I keep tweaking it.. haha, I should have her reaping up soon too!

Angel has an average build- she doesn't have much upper body strength, but does have strong legs from running. She's got some pretty big thigh muscles, but that's about it.

Strenghts:
Angel has always dealt with stress by running, so she's fast and can run long distances. She's handled a wide variety of weapons in the Academy, but she's not very strong so tends to use long-distance weapons- mostly bows and small throwing knives and such. Angel's also got quite the knack for acting and can be manipulative.
Weaknesses:
She doesn't work well with others/ hates being told what to do. Angel needs to be in charge, or chances are she'll blow you off. She's very shortsighted and brash, and doesn't plan ahead. She's well educated, but not the slightest bit a strategist- she just does what she wants, when she wants, without care of those around her or the repercussions. She's prone to getting jealous quickly and easily falls into a state of paranoia.
Angel doesn't know the first thing about taking care of herself- she's always had her parents pampering her- so being on her own will be a bit of a challenge (and probably frightening for her).
Family:
She's a single child, and lives with both her mother and father. Her father is in the importing/ exporting of fine fur business, so he's often away. She doesn't have a good relationship with her mother.

None. Angel is too self absorbed to care about anyone else. Although she certainly will take advantage of the attention.
Background:
Angel's the quintessential spoiled brat. She's had everything handed to her, is daddy's little princess, and always gets what she wants. Although her father is granted special access to leave the District for short periods of time on business, Angel has never asked him about the other Districts, she could care less.
At first, Angel had no interest in the Games, but after her mother caught her cutting herself (she still has scars on her inner thighs and upper arms), her mother convinced her father that entering Angel into the Academy would be good for her. Angel's father knows nothing of the incident and believes that this is something Angel chose to do- where she was more or less blackmailed by her mother. Although it wasn't her initial intention to enter the Games, Angel quickly found she had a knack for handling weapons and certainly the attitude for the Games.
And once Angel wants something, she gets it: her prowess at the Academy, along with her father's prominent position in the District, allows her to "volunteer" for the Games.
She can be lazy, but she's had her fair share of training and plans to use the "social" aspect of the Games to her advantage.

Personality:
Angel is a "queen bee," through and through. She's well educated, works well under pressure, and can put on quite the act. One minute she'll be sweet and caring, the next she'll stab you in the back (figuratively and literally). She'll lie, cheat, and do whatever it takes to get her to the end, and Angel will hold grudges for the stupidest reasons.

Goal:
Angel wants to win the Games to launch an acting career.
