Browsing your gallery, this of all the pictures struck me. Like many things, I LOVE it with absolutely no explanation.

Awe inspiring, seriously. I kind of got the under feeling (i read between the lines alot) of the "natruel light behind artifical light" with this piece. Really like it : 3

Ooo, that's deep. I honestly wish I had thought of that. Thanks for that. Maybe it was a subconscious thing.

I like the lighting, the setting sun, it gives it a really nice, nostalgic feel and makes it a very calm shot. The focusing is neat too. All around good shot if ya' ask me.

Very melancholy, but I like it a lot. The focus really is lovely, and it's cool how the building is warped in the bulb. Very lovely

absolutely gorgeous focus zack!
i love how the whole of that blurred background is brought into focus and warped in the edges and tip of the front bulb where it forms a lens...brilliant
loving the background colours and black space on the left too great job with the exposure

Ooo, I hadn't noticed that. The bulb does form a lens, doesn't it?
Thank you! I had to do a lot of guesswork on the exposure.

Well, I was sure that I could get it to come out like I wanted, but it had to be at a very specific time of day.

i see...hmm yeah after staring at the pic a while, i realise the lighting by the sun in the background IS quite a defining factor in how the pic woulda have turned out. neat!

Ooh, I like this. It's very serene... fragile and detailed. And I think the church spire in the background really makes the photo. I'm finding myself wondering if the left side of the photo is necessary, but cropping it out would make it an entirely different photo. And it's gorgeous and fun to look at as it is now. So don't mind me.

whooo film. this is a pretty sweet shot though. theres a cool contrast between the christmas lights and the warmish color scheme. those two dont usually mix.
