Description
What this is, I'm not sure.the one with the heart painted on, it's next to these little concrete nubs, intended to keep out-of-control drivers from plowing into the fence (which you can't see because it's behind me) and into the cemetary.
side note: those buildings in the top right are a part of my apartment complex.

Y'know, perhaps they did. I found it around November, but it stayed up there for about a year before they painted over it.
