I originally had a sister, Rabbitkit, but she died shortly after birth, just before she could take her first breath.
Though I was young, the stench of death and tribulation that waved off my sister made me absolutely devastated.
My mother was more draught down in despair than I was, though.
She had named Rabbitkit after her great-grandfather, who was the greatest warrior in WillowClan, ever.
To work so hard for your kin, only for them to pass before they could experience the world, hit my mother hard.
Most queens get over a stillborn, but not my dear mother Hollowheart.
She fell into a state of depression and spent the rest of her life in the nursery before she ran away, like me."
