I see Victor as a metaphorical father to Kevin - not an adoptive dad or anything, but certainly taking om those roles.
Me and my DA friend always joke that Victor could be one of ‘those’ dads that get suspicious whenever their child mentions they have a date - even though Philip’s as harmless - if not the most harmless - you can get
