FULL VIEW PLEASEMy second doll "tutorial" and it's for skirts!
I'm quite proud of this doll, and I'm quite happy with how the tutorial came out. To see the full, completed doll, click here .
I hope you can understand it and I hope it helps.
The little airbrush, eraser, dropper, fill bucket, and layer buttons are the ones in Paint Shop Pro. I did not make them.
The base is by *Jishin . of Cherryville .

This can't be paint because it talks about layers...please tell me, what program is used? I'd like to try this

This particular program was Paint Shop Pro (7 I believe). Photoshop also has a pencil tool that is really good for pixel art.

That's a gorgeous doll! I had a prom dress that looked almost exactly the same except the shade of green was lighter.
