I can't remember that I have seen card playing dromeosaurids before. It has been a while, since I drew something raptor-like - some day in my childhood, I think when I drew some of JP raptors.

Thank you. It was a spontaneous idea to let the Utahraptor play some poker. Some time ago, I had an image in mind of card playing raptors and likely that influenced the drawing.

Just wanted to give your raptor a content expression and decided for this. I sketched some raptors before I went into making it digital.
Speak? Well, probably only the raptor language. Hmm, I don't know what sort of sounds I would make when being in my Allosaurus form, but I would keep my mouth closed during an ambush

Heh, well my raptor'sona and such is set in a more or less magical world, but I draw him anywhere and everywhere - I do try and keep his 'lore/canon' as consistent as possible when moving him outside of his usual world of residence though. I'm actually somewhat debating if he can or should speak as a raptor (I know he can't as a T.rex heh) but right now it's just growls and hisses and of course raptorspeak (They do in fact have their own language in [my/their] world!)

Mm... Well if going "Human in a dinosaur's body" then there probably won't be any speaking aside from RAWR!  XD
If you want to speak that's fine x3  Might be cool to have a talking dinosaur, you could let anyone you meet know that you're not planning on devouring them xD  Assuming you ever do meet someone in that form~
