Apparently it's been getting warmer, and yet I find myself freezing lately. I can't believe it went up to 45 C during the summer here. You'd never believe it with how cold I'm feeling lately.You know what's gonna be fun? I'm leaving Canada in the Spring time and arriving in South Africa... just in time for winter.. .....again. >__> ever done a full year of winter? it sucks balls.
I also seem to have lost all ability to draw lately.
this picture isn't so bad though. But I struggled more than I should have, especially for such a quick picture. *sighs sadly* I really wish I could do a long, 10+ hour drawing again, but I just don't have the energy or enthusiasm to put so much work into something.
Hopefully in March when my school year is done I'll be refreshed enough to draw something more interesting.

....I totally didn't intend for the leaves to look like the Canadian flag. I swear that wasn't my intention XDD;;;
*sighs miserably* I wish I could do something great and not merely "nice" again. *is actually pretty distraught about this*

XD;; It takes a lot more struggling to rpoduce the picture I want these days, and I miss doing actual coloured pictures. But I slowly starting to feel better about it again

I'm only in Canada for a month before I go home DDD8 which I need to do stupid stuff like apply for a UK Visa so I can fly home (don't even ask >__< ) figure out this freighting thing so I can haul all my books home and go visit a friend whose come down with a severe case of the "marriage".

But I really like this picture for how well you transplanted your own emotions onto the character - and because you do it so well, others can see their own emotions reflected in him. I feel a bit like Usagi does here sometimess, especially lately, but everyone does: the kind of coldness that comes from inside, no matter what the weather is like.

I'm very glad you like the picture though X33 I literally came up with it while sitting in bed freezing and decided to draw it right there XDD that may have helped with the emotion.

Pffft. Usagi is not Fluffy. Usagi is sleek and manly and a true warrior, and you draw him just fine. I love the depth you give him, not just his fighting and honorable side, but his vulnerability and fighting spirit, as well as his fatherly affection as well. You draw him as a real person with real emotions, and I adore him more now than ever because of your art.
So quit with the fussing over "fluff". You are a kick-ass artist who draws plenty of angst and gore. "fluff", pfffft.

XDD we only have Summer and Winter where I'm from. Autumn is just when it starts getting colder for a week or so, same with spring.
Where I live our summers can get very very hot, but they're usually very dry so it's not so bad

Winter isn't all bad 
Hm. I've lived in the northeast all this time and I still don't know exactly why that is. Funny.

xD We had a big storm go past yesterday, then it cleared up and it's been sunny since. Blah. I like snow better than sunshine, myself. And clear nights are colder than cloudy ones.

Yeah, for me, it's like... I freckle, I might get a tiny bit darker, and then I start burning.
... I'm surprised I didn't burn during rugby last year xD We were playing in some pretty hot weather near the end of the season. Nopeee instead I went and got burnt to a crisp when we went on vacation. XD

XDD I have no explanation for that! I burnt to a crisp twice last summer (in Africa) once while on Location for a commercial (where I probably burnt myself more than I ever had before in my life) and once while at the beach and forgot to put sunscreen on ONE tiny location.

the irritating part for me is that the ONLY thing I ever found that works for my sunburns.... I'm allergic to the active ingredient XD just my luck!
