The Tails doll! From a really badly written, terrible Creepypasta. (Seriously, that creepy pasta is about as terrible as the Sonic.EXE creepypasta

The Tails doll is a creation of Dr. Robotnik's that hasn't been fully completed yet. The plan was to capture Tails and have him be replaced by the Tails doll to catch Sonic off-guard and destroy/kill/capture him. However, Robotnik realised late in its creation the one snag in this plan... he'd have to be able to capture Tails first. Realising this is easier said than done, he's halted the work on the Tails Doll until further notice.

The Tails doll wanders around one of Robotnik's bases aimlessly, since it's programming hasn't been completed yet. It has a habit of following people in its base around, but if you try to interact with it it merely comes to a standstill and stares at you. The reason why it does this is unknown. Sometimes if you try and speak to it or ask it why it's following you it will respond with a single repeated phrase that doesn't appear to have any real meaning to it. It will repeat this phrase regardless of what's asked, indicating that perhaps it has no concept of the words it's using. it has a working voice modulator but it's unfinished programing most likely prevents it from forming coherent sentences that are within context.

It's more common phrases are:
"What are you doing here?"
"My name is Miles."
"What are we gonna do?"
"Didn't you want to talk to me?"

Some of the people who move through the base it wanders around claim that they think it might have some form of cognizance, but Robotnik and several others deny this to be true. It was designed to do harm to Sonic when he least expects it and use surprise as a tactic. it is unclear how much of that programming was completed or, if it is implemented in part, what would trigger it. Up until now it hasn't shown any obvious signs of malice, apart from its tendency to stalk people for seemingly no reason.

Sometimes it can be heard humming to itself when it's alone. It stops when it notices there's some-one else there.

I took a hard fall in a parking lot yesterday (don't even ask) so I'm kinda in pain XD;; but I had a deep urge to draw this guy the second I woke up. I haven't even eaten or gotten out of bed yet. This guy just demanded to be drawn.
