In my humble opinion, we should have never entered WW1.

Much of what happened with things leading up to the War definitely shouldn't have taken place.
But we do have the benefit of hindsight. There's no telling how much of what we've been taught is commentary from modern Monday morning quarterbacks.
There was a documentary recently composed entirely of readings from letters of the time. It really put things in perspective for me.
