Once asked 'What is the difference between BLM/Black Panther's Raised Closed Fist and Nazi's Raised Open Hand'? Never did get a straight answer.

By the way, the Panem (Hunger Games) resistance didn't invent this 3-finger one:

I think its funny how the same people who would rush to call that a fascist salute are somehow ok with it being used by a character on film, and they're ok with using it in their little clicks.

Edit
More on the "Bellamy" (in its various forms) here, near the bottom:

A spontaneous gesture of joy or pride does not necessarily mean it is a salute (which is a very public symbol of aliegiance/solidarity/ideology) mind you.  That being said, people have used hand salutes for millennia, among them the Sumerians, Minoans, Egyptians, Assyrians, Romans, etc.

As for more "modern" times, I've seen photos and posters that show that both fist and open hand salutes were in use before World War One.  I'm not even going to get into all the different hand-to-chest salutes here.

The raised fist (extended left or right arm, as well as right fist to right brow style) eventually became the signature salute for Lenin and the Marxists, though in Asia the side palm gesture is still being used by leaders.

The open hand (palm down) predates Hitler.  It was often used as part of US flag salute by civilians for years, long before 1892 when it was called the Belamy salute, which means long before the Nazis ever came about, and it had nothing to do with racial supremacy or ethnic hatred.  But then Hitler made that salute the standard in his fascist regime.  Other fascist leaders adopted it as well.  That's why its use by non-fascists eventually disappeared, in order to avoid being identified as fascist.

The Marxist raised fist was adopted by blacks in the 60s, so much so that nowadays they claim it has more to do with racial/cultural identity than political ideology.  Some BLM/Black Panthers even claim to have invented the raised "power fist" salute and that everyone else stole it (another so-called "cultural appropriation").  I guess that evidence in historical records outside of their own organization archives doesn't matter to them.

If anyone has documentation that contradicts my summary explanation above, I am wide open to discuss and would be happy to dig up those photos and posters if you can't find them on your own.

That does seem to be the size of it alright! Great Job!  It is a shame that we could not have these printed up by the millions and drop them every where!

What if they were printed on waxy paper, and then dropped over protesters?

Would the protesters lose traction when trying to topple barriers?  Would they slip and fall if they step on the sheets when trying to outrun police?  Would the wax prevent them from climbing and then from jumping up and down on top of cars?

Hmm.

Edit-
Of course, I'm only suggesting the use of recycled, biodegradable, earth-friendly paper, and wax from bees that have willingly traded their product for fair wages.

Equality isn't the real goal for these people, is it? They want superiority.

It is not logical to blame a person for what their ancestors might have done... but logic doesn't seem to play a role in their thinking.

Exactly.  But that's what the Demographics Party is all about.

Identity politics is filled with hate, and there are people actually being PAID to turn certain groups of people against certain other groups, and although they seem to revere Martin Luther King jr. (although now I hear they're condemning even him for not being "inclusive" enough), they don't understand the concept of judging a person NOT by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

Is that an anti-Trump protester? Oddly enough, I wrote a journal about them earlier... wertyla.deviantart.com/journal…

Yep.  That's one of their many professional anti-Trump protesters.

I saved your piece among my favorites last night.  You were spot on.
