Considering the immense detail of the skin and lips, the hair and eyes feel a little neglected, but very nice mesh work nonetheless.

Well, hair is tough, as I'm sure you know - particularly when it's varied in color. I could probably do more detail with the eyes, but I'm usually fairly content to let those alone once they take on the appearance of the reference. I don't like to get too crazy with it.
