I don't think it's possible to look better than Phoebe.

Well, maybe you're too modest! Who knows?
Your image seems to have a softer, more feminine quality
about it that I like. But,Β as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
It's all very subjective, there's really no absoluteΒ when it comes toΒ beauty!

Thanks! The softness comes from the medium by which this was made, namely vector paths in Adobe Illustrator.Β

Thank you. It didn't take as long as some of the others. About 4 or 5 hours.

Depends on the image. This one was probably about 6 to 10 hours, or thereabouts. Some of the more complicated one's can get into the 20 or 30 hour range, or more.

FUCK!!! Phoebe Cates!!?!?!??? "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" Phoebe Cates? "Private School" Phoebe Cates? MAN i had the HUGEST crush on her back in the 80s growing up and i don't think i'm alone there. wonder what she's up to these days..............wonder if she knows this fan art exists, the only other dude i know who made a DOPE portrait of her was and he does inkwork.
definitely deserves my patented "Thumbs Up Award", this is awesome. i can't fuck with gradient mesh vectors, too complicated and takes too much DAMN time.
even Felly Fel couldn't believe his peepers!

Thanks. Yeah, Phoebe is a lost hottie for many folks. Disappeared from theaters around the mid 90s. She still looks good, though. Married to actor Kevin Kline, had a few kids.
Oh well, we'll always have the pool scene from Fast Times.

yeah i was told that scene was so popular most people that rented it from video stores never returned it JUST because of that scene.
what? she's married to Kevin Kline? that's a shocker........

Awesome scene. I remember watching it as an 8 year old, through the stitches of a crocheted blanket they thought was covering my face. Opened a whole new world of possibilities for me.
Phoebe did a movie with Kevin in the early 90s, called I Love You To Death (great movie, btw). They've been together ever since.

oh yeah that movie with Tracey Ullman based on a true story. River Phoenix was in it too right?
uh-UH now! you got the blanket treatment? we only got that when the Playboy channel was on and even then we got our peek on.

Hmmm, let's just say I remember a time before cell phones, but not cable TV. That should narrow it down.
