Description So... this TV stays in the boot of my car until i finish taking enough cool photos of it around random places Today i drove past an empty lot that used to be the local 'car wreckers' and spotted some machinery!

I knew we would see that telly somewhere again!
I'm not sure whether I like the colour one better or not. The colour has a completely different feel to it - the desaturated dA version seems more 'sad'.

I used to have one of those tv's - that same brand too.

Haha you definitely haven't seen the last of it No way! do you know how old it is? mine worked before i took everything out of it to save weight(and my back).

To be honest, I'm not up with the history or timeline of televisions. They were made before I was born, I know that much. and as a uni student trying to do things cheap I bought myself a couple old tv's of that vintage, and one was almost exactly the same as pictured I think. same brand.

I look forward to seeing that telly somewhere soon^^ *has visions of it on a train seat, next to a passenger* Actually, I remember those tv's to respond well to a thump. *now imagines a deviation of someone thumping it*

Sorry, I think this rum is getting to my head...

Haha yeah i was thinking it was probably from the 70s, maybe?

i might replace thump with jump and see how it goes might go for a drive tomorrow and see whats around... and pick up some rum haha excellent plan!

I love the color version. I had a hard time telling what the tv was on (until I saw it in color and read the title). Beautiful photo, though!

Split toning and vignetting done in Lightroom... otherwise i used a 35mm F/1.4 lens

I prefer this one to the colored

I like where you placed the Tv.
I would of expected someone to place it under the bulldozer or right in front of the bucket.

Nice perspective

I have made a comment on your Flickr account and I do like the colour version of this.

I think its a great concept with the TV, not the first nevertheless I would imagine good fun having that TV bouncing around in your boot.
