because so many people wonder how i draw lions...Be warned that i have very weird methods and that there are probably other tutorials out there that will help you better than i can.

On a side note: Not all lions simile like that and all are different looking, the one i have drawn is your generic simba clone. Use referances for different characters, poses, and expressions to help make your lions more unique

dragons...hmm let see. When i draw dragons, if i'm looking for dragon from a specific culture or time, i look up dragons of that specific culture or kind (ex: chinese dragons, european dragons etc) If i want a dragon to have its own unique look, i usually look at different kinds of lizards and pull different body parts that i like to create an over all look. Refs are always good to have handy. Mango and Anime are the same thing in drawing theory. Anime is in truth ANIMated manga. There are many different styles of mango/anime because each show/artist has THEIR own unique style. Try watching several animes, pausing the show at certain times and trying to draw the figures. These should be quick sketches so you can keep watching the show
