dont always try to exactly do the same in a tut. use another render so that u can make the outcome with diferent renders and not just this 1

On the brush tab part, I'm unable to find all those settings. I have CS4 portable version, is that why or am I just blind? xD

otherwise it's pretty simple in my opinion..

yeah it is a pretty simple sig. Its an old tut that i did years back. You gotta keep working on smudging, its not a thing that a person can tell you how to do it and you just do it, you gotta mess around with it and get the feel for the smudges..
