Edit: Finally bothered to add in the color pallets and final design/markings, simplified for the animation.-----------
Look look! A contribution to my gallery :U
I'm currently working on a short film at school for Production Team with a few fellow students. We're doing the Zuni legend of "Coyote and Eagle Steal the Sun and Moon" so here is the design of the character I'll be in charge of animating. (OHMGOD FEATHERS AND FLYING) A lot of his look came from Alee's sketches of him in the storyboards. I loved it so much that it stuck.
Back to watching more Eagle reference footage *pops in The Rescuers Down Under... again*
The Team:
~redvarg is tackling the Coyote character, ~Angel-Equinox for the Kachina dancers, and Tyler covering backgrounds.
Have some more concept art and rough animation (much more to come in the following weeks)

Haha drawing "better" than others is just a point of view man. Thanks for your compliments all the same.
And it depends; though most of the time I do have great pride in my work. Most-case scenario I tend see other people not valuing themselves and their work high enough and this makes me sad... so I do my best to avoid that kind of thinking in myself.

I did some projects like this in ITT Tech, and one sad fact was that you always... ALWAYS end up with someone who wants to take over the project, and we almost failed as a result of that.

Well so far our group has been pretty good about not having an outstanding leader trying to control everything. Most of it has been very wonderful discussion and collaboration on ideas as a group. But we'll see if it lasts huh?
