I'm going to go and try this out now. Thank you so much!
Your English was fine. Now, do you speak German or Dutch?

hey, something made me confuse, how to make channels into gray? mine was RGB.... When I add new channel, it was all black.. and how to open the options?

Its not bad it the channels are in RGB-modus. The first snapshot of my tutorial expalins how to get the black away. First you create a new channel, then you make a doubleclick on this "Alpha 1 channel". This will open the options.
You will get a window with three options, select the middle one (Marked Areas).
At the bottom of the window there are two other things you must change.
First change the red colour to black (doubleclick on the colour), then next to it is the occupacity. Its at 50% when you open the window the first time, change this to 100% and click the OK button.
I know its a little complicated but you only have to chane it one time. If you open Photoshop next time this changes will be saved^^
I hope this may help you
