you asked for iti also use photoshop to animate my glitches but im not even going to attempt doing a tutorial on that because i suck at explanations as shown here
if you have questions please ask!! because i know there will be some

Hey, i'm having trouble doing the last part.
I don't really understand what to do with the selection-
Once I move that selection around and then click off of it, it does absolutely nothing (I wan't to achieve the last image's affect)

sometimes to glitch my artwork, I convert the .PNG file to a .TXT, open it up in Notepad or TextEdit, and mess up the text by deleting some, copy+pasting some, etc etc etc, and then re-saving it as a .PNG. But the results of that are always really unpredictable. 'tis fun though. c:

I really wanted to try this, but I literally cannot find even just the trial for CS4 anywhere; Adobe only wants me to download CS6.. I have GIMP, Flash CS5, and PS Elements 7.0, but I cannot figure out how to translate them x-x

YES actually i do my drawings in other programs laffs my tablet doesnt cooperate w/ photoshop
