1 kilo ground beef (cooked and drained of extra fat)
2 cans of chopped tomatoes with juice OR three large fresh tomatoes
1 bell pepper of your choice
2 medium onions chopped up small
mushrooms (I didn't have any this time 
whatever spices you want
toss it all in a pot (remember to drain the meat first!), cover, and put on low heat. Stir occasionally. I took it off after an hour or two - I wasn't really paying attention.
When done add noodles and EAT
