One day ago, I introduced Simon Baz, one of the newest members of the Green Lantern Corps in Earth 7643. This time, I will introduce to you, the first ever human Green Lantern in Earth 7643, the legendary Alan Scott!

The Tales of the First Green Lantern
Long ago, a strange green meteor landed on Earth. The power within the meteor manifested as a green flame, which said it would bring first death, then life, then power. The meteor was turned into a lantern, and the people killed the lamp-maker, Chang, for it, only for the lamp to incinerate them all in a green flame (it was then revealed that the meteor was actually an incarnation of Yalan Gur, fused with the power of an entity of Starheart, which was collected from all kind of magics from the Guardian of the Universe). Next, a man in an asylum came out sane after finding the Lantern. Finally, Alan Scott was in a terrible train accident...but instead of dying, the Lantern granted him magic powers that saved his life. He would go on to fashion a ring out of it and take it’s power everywhere, as...THE NEW GREEN LANTERN!

History of the Justice Society
Working with Captain America (Steve Rogers), Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson), and many more, Alan created the first team that ever existed, the Justice Society of America. The three of them; Alan, Steve, and Nelson, eventually became what we know as the Trinity of Infinity. Besides, Alan was the first protector of Gotham, before Batman did it better decades later. Alan also served in World War II.
