I can say, without a doubt, that this is the best work that I have done so far. I also recorded my screen for over 4 hours when I was making it, compressed it into 2 minutes and 11 seconds, and put it into a lovely video on You Tube, which is right here: [link]Plus, by looking at this on DeviantART, you get the final HQ Refined picture, which is somewhat different from the picture at the end of the film, so thank you ^^ But just one thing: this is in 8 bit, and DeviantART won't show large 34 bit files. I think I fixed it now. This picture got updated on the 4th of June. Should be viewable in full resolution now ^^
I hope you enjoy this, and if you haven't seen the video, I strongly insist that you do. I put a lot of work into recording this.

and the brush for the scales was just a regular photoshop brush with maximum hardness and everything. Set to a layer that was about at 13% opacity and I think it was an overlay or something. that way I could edit al the scales at once with the whole layer effects.

I have a mac book pro too ^^ I use Photoshop CS5, but I guess a lot of the CS series' from Adobe is relatively the same.. I use a Wacom Intuos4 medium, but before that I used a Bamboo. Up to page 22 I did with a Bamboo that I borrowed.

Thanks xD I worked tirelessly to get the shading just right, then after, I was like "Imma kill some time, and add some more details"
So I added veins in the wings and the eyes, re-did the eyes, and added various colours that are semi translucent from under the skin because of blood, ect, like on the wing membranes that joins the wing arm thingys. (I have a word, just to lazy to type it XD)
