I know you all know what it feels like to have a problem that seems so much bigger than you, you'll never be free of it. Well, if for anyone else it's health, I feel your pain. When they can't figure out what it is, pass you from doctor to doctor, won't even listen to your story...sometimes the days feel like this. Don't even wanna try anymore. But, there's one thing that gets me through it all, and it's knowing God is bigger than any of the problems I face. I don't know if I'll get a normal life back ever. But I know my soul is safe with him. Maybe that'll be a follow-up painting, but today, I want everyone who struggles with these monsters to know you're NOT ALONE. (drawing helps me get that out there ^^)Pen and India ink! 6/2018

A really emotional piece that most, if not all of us, can relate to. I love the contrast between the warm greys and the bright yellow in the background - colours of which couldΒ highlightΒ the idea of being exhausted and down. Brilliant work and a really inspiring piece.
