Look, I know the Toy Story 4 won’t happen in my ideal timeline, but that doesn’t stop me from wondering. I my Toy Story 3 rewrite (www.deviantart.com/captainwhad… ) Woody leaves the group in order to replace Lots’o, as leader of the nursery, so what would a Toy Story movie look like with Woody? I wanted to explore this idea more along with some ideas I left out of my Toy Story 3 rewrite like Buzz and Jessy's romance and also fixing Bo Peep's character in the movie.

1: Get rid of Woody and make Buzz the main character

This was the first obverse change I made, since Woody is no longer around, Buzz takes over as leader of the other toy as set up in the last movie, Jessy take on Buzzes role and Woody is reduced to an opening cameo. I would really like to see how Buzz would lead the team and what thing where if he was the main character, would he be like Woody, would he make the same choses or would me be different? There is so much you could do with this and so much you could explore.

2: Make Bo Peep the main villain

This is a controversial one, I know, but Bo's character was so one not and flat that I feel like this would be ideal for her character is this version. Here, her, Buzz and Jessy have love triangle with Bo trying to get Buzz to join her and her gang on lost toys who had banded together in order to survive. We also find out at the beginning that her and Buzz had a relationship behind Woody and Jessy's back. This creates tensions between Jessy and Buzz as Buzz never told her about him and Bo, and Bo is furriers that not only is her former lover denouemening her believes but has found someone else.

3: Get rid of the antique store and set the whole thing at her carnival

I know that was an amusement part in the original and not a full-on carnival, but I just like the imagery more there than in the antique store. Also, it is a better hiding place for Bo Peep and her band of lost toys and is a place where things get lost some it provides a grate background for all their evil toys. You could have fun with all the carnival imagery such as the fun house, the hall of mirror and the animal pen with things like parrots being an ideal threat.

4: Have the other toys be more active in the plot

A lot of people agree that one of the worst things about Toy Story 4 is that the other toys a preictally background character, with Mr Potterhead, it made sense as the acter had died, be with the others, there was not excuse. Here not only is Jessy giving a bigger role but the other toy help in the finding of Buzz and Forky after they fall out of the motorhome and end up at the carnival. They also help in battling the other evil toys who try and stop.

5: Replace Bunny and Ducky with just one comic relief

I "HATE" Bunny and Ducky so doing this was almost a given, plus I had to because if I have the other toys there the movie just going to be cramped. So, I think they just need one new character who is like a helping hand and exposition dump for the main character. He's still a price at a carnival game but isn't as annoying.
