The 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies made as an independent movie, so it begs the question "what if it "was" as studio film?" would they have had a bigger budget? would the script be different? would the cast be different? This led me to think about all the things in the comic they never used like the Utroms, the Triceratons and of course "Baxter Stockman". So, I engaged what it would be like if Baxter Stockman was one of the main villains in the 1990 movie along with Shredder and also had the Mousers is it aswell. So, in this version of the film. April O. Neil is working Baxter Stockman's assistant instead of a news assisted (like in the comic) and finds out her boss is selling his Mouser robots to the Foot Klan to help in their crime spree. At this end, Stockman is thrown into a machine and is seemingly killed by comes back right before the end credits in his fly form, setting up for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, and only at the end dose April become a journalist. Also, I cast Samuel L. Jackson as Baxter Stockman his character in Jurassic Park looks exactly like Baxter Stockman in the original comics. I'd also imagine they they would use stop motion animation like in Robocop to bring the Mousers to life.
