So. Here we have it. It's been a long time gestating but I've finally finished the cover for Doctor WTF?!, brain child ofFind the facebook page here - [link]
A few people have asked me what the hell I was thinking when I did this. The way I thought about it is the Doctor as a stereotypical mad doctor in the vein of Jekyll and his alter ego, Hyde.
I also love Frank Quitely's image of the X-Men villain Cassandra Nova, covered in the shell of her psychic Mummudrai form. All ectoplasmic with the arms here there and everywhere.
