Remember this dude?I loved the POG Man design from the official POG sets back in the early 90's. Those illustrations played a big part in how I draw and, mainly, colour now-a-days.
Me and my mates used to love buying and trading POGs, Monster In My Pocket, Lion King Stickers, Batman Animated Series stickers, Jurassic Park cards and stickers and the old X-Men Fleer '95 card range.

I remember this dude! The artwork on the pogs were a big inspiration to me during my childhood too. There seems to be almost zero fan art of this guy online, so kudos!

I used to be good at playing POGS i remeber flipping a huge stack of 20 with one hit, but the other guy was looking the other way.which didnt count apparently.the little shit.

I'm 27 years old at the moment, bud. But I turn 28 in June. Been doing this shit pro for the past six years and don't know if I want to stick it another six months. I'm a contrary mother fucker and make no bones about it.

Fuck no, I got shot. Few inches higher up and I would've taken it in the sack. Fucking hurt but it was far enough away (rifle shot) that it just made me bleed like fuck and didn't go deep. Helped that I was wearing jeans too.
I was having a piss in a bush in an bramble covered field and some fucker was arsing about and probably didn't even know I was there. Nice big scar to remind me of it though. Ha ha. My jeans just started turning red and I limped cursing all the way home with the help of my mates and my leg was black and purple under. I was only 10.

Worst I've ever had was, so some fucked up reason, I threw a scalpel in the air and put my hand on the desk and let it land where it would.
I was having a "my will is stronger than yours" thing with some arse hole. The blade landed straight stuck in my fucking fingernail, upright and right to the bone. I felt sick but didn't say and damned thing. Held my hand up with that heavy fucker rigid in my finger and said "fuck you" to the guy and pulled it out.
Metal on bone just doesn't feel nice.

I stopped a fight that his mate was involved in and he recognised my face when he came back with 5 of his mates armed with all sorts of blades and knives.Had a scuffle with the one that recognised me, stabbed me in the back and cuts to the face, stood up, shouted "come on then!" one of em broke away from the group and went for me.cut my finger in the process.stitches in the hospital.family came round which was nice.

My tip for gang fights, when I used to partake, always used to be, if there is five of them and one of you look for the one who is closest and seems to be 'in charge', make the first move and make it fast. Do something horrible, and I mean fucked up to that first mother fucker and it will shock the shit outta the others.
Psychological warfare, my friend and it worked every time. You break that cunt in two and make him cry and his mate's balls will evaporate! A horribly dislocated jaw, a partially severed ear, a destroyed nose, always works well...

Anyway. I no longer subscribe to that life. I'm happy go lucky and a fully fledged children's book illustrator in love with life, a lady and colour. I no longer think of violence, just joy and butterflies.
