Why would there be a problem with this job. Does Imogen not like interacting with other people?

I'd say it's just because she's shy around large groups of people she hasn't met, especially when she knows she's in a position where she might have to all day. Maybe they'll end up doing a deal where Imogen does all the physical work but her sister does the speaking and orders.
