I ship Blue X Oak and always picture Thrushpelt and Bluestar as just friends. Very close friends. I know that a lot of people will disagree with me, but oh well. Bluestar didnβt love Thrushpelt and I donβt see why she had to. And if Thrushpelt wants to make her happy anyway... thatβs admirable that heβd do that.

Thrushpelt was more selfless than he had to be. He was a rare example of a cat who never took his feelings too far when they were unrequited yet did everything he could to make the cat he loved happy.
