Some of you may recognize His Excellency Treize Kushrenada from Gundam Wing. I've been playing him to 's Dierdre Gallagher for... a year now? Eek. (No life!) Thankee! The dress is based directly on a gown for a Russian aristocrat. It was much more detailed, of course, so I fudged it. :-p
