So, I was trying to draw his Excellency, and one of my methods is to just get the damn body drawn properly before buggering about with clothes....the problem with Treize is that he's so hot I couldn't finish him up.
HE IS NEKKID. W00T! His Excellency indeed.
This is a slightly younger Treize. And I know it's all skwiff and out of alignment. Shuddup.
