Description * EDIT: I don't care if you'd have rather me said "SWEARING" or "CURSING" instead of "CUSSING", I've grown used to calling it CUSSING and I don't give a flying fuck how "childish" it sounds.

So, here's the thing. It actually depends with me.
When you're having a debate and you wanna sound intelligent, I wouldn't overdo the cussing. But frankly, if you're having a debate with a complete idiot, I wouldn't blame you for not being able to control your mouth.

Same goes for when I get angry or upset. I tend to let loose on the language.

But honestly. If someone can't handle a few bad words (I just think it's funny when I go to a stamp and people baww in the comments about "I LUV UR STAMP BUT I WISH U CUSSED A LITTLE LESS "), then your place isn't here. On the wonderful world of the internet, ESPECIALLY places like deviantart where you're fucking allowed to, you should grow some thicker skin or find your place on Club Penguin, or God forbid, Roblox.

Not here.

Not to mention, you can't exactly tell someone what to do in regards to how they talk, especially when it's not against the rules. I agree, cussing a LOT does make someone look like an idiot, but sometimes, when it comes to some issues, I don't blame people for exploding in a flurry of "FUCK"s and "GODDAMMIT"s.

We interrupt this stamp with a lols-worthy story:
I made an anti-bestiality stamp once, and somebody literally commented saying that they also hate bestiality and agree that it's sick and twisted, but said my cussing in the artist's description of the stamp was worse than bestiality, itself. Yes. Cussing is illegal for that very reason, right ?
OH WAIT. IT'S NOT EVEN ILLEGAL.
It DOESN'T spread diseases or kill/abuse animals?
NO IT DOESN'T. IT'S A MIRACLE.

How to use this stamp:
Copy and paste the thumbnail code to your journal, custom box on your page, ID, etc.

If someone expects the whole internet/world to be censored and clean, they're in for some major disappointment.

People need to be less sensitive, especially on the internet.

My only problems with cussing is that when they're on stamps and I REALLY want to use them....
.....but I can't, or else if my parents see them I'll be kicked off the internet.....yeah, I lolwuted, too.
What's worse is if they catch ME cussing. That'll be fantastic. 8D;;; Which is why I'm trying to knock off the little cussing I do use. But that's also the reason why I try and have others keep it off my page.

So, in my case, it's not that I'm going AHMUHGEE U SWORE IMMA GUNNA GO CRY IN A CORNER NOW, it's that I don't want my parents finding it.....

Although, in my opinion, when people say dat eff word after every other word in a casual conversation, it makes them look uneducated and not very intelligent.

Oh god. That sucks. |x I had a webcam that said "THOSE FUCKING GRAPES" on it and my dad flipped out, so I feel ya.

Well, like I said, as long as you use it sparingly, and don't spew out curse words because you CAN, then I really don't get bugged by it. But even if I see someone dropping profanities everywhere, I expect it to happen.
Why ?
It's the internet. I even expect to hear it offline, which I do.

I know, people cuss online AND off. But you get my point, right? c':

Caution-LowCeiling In reply to cyberfuneral [2011-07-13 08:16:57 +0000 UTC]

Yup. But only for typing profanities. If I clicked on something that had swearing on it, it didn't catch it.

Yes yes, I got what you're saying. <3

I love this stamp

"OH EM GEE SOMEONE SAID FUCK WAAAH THE INTERNET IS SUCH A HORRIBUL PLACE! "

Seriously...every time I see someone like this I have an urge to unleash a barrage of foul language on their whiny baby asses.

More people need to realize that this is the Internet, not kindergarten. People are going to say whatever they want and whenever they want to, get over it.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Caution-LowCeiling In reply to PhantomAvenwarrior [2011-07-12 07:59:16 +0000 UTC]

I do that. I actually control my cursing a lot better, but when I see something like that, like you said, I just unleash my foul mouths on them to see how they'd react. A lot of them threaten that I can get banned, but.. there's no rule against that.

Ive seen 5 year olds Cuss why is it such a big deal on the internet? If you can't take looking at a swear word then you need to get off the internet.

And swearing does abuse animals, thats verbal abuse!!!1!!

Caution-LowCeiling In reply to SuperParadox [2011-07-11 04:21:09 +0000 UTC]

Five-year olds cussing doesn't exactly bring cussing to justice, it just brings up bad parenting.
But that's a totally different subject.

And yeah, I agree. Swearing is honestly the LEAST of the internet problems.

my opinion:
i don't go around and say "hey! language!" I just stay quiet.
I'm not go where most people go though
I'm not going to the hideous world of cussing
but I'm not going to correct people either
do you know why?
CUZ IT'S FLIPPIN ANNOYING
I don't know that from experience directly but I know it sucks to be corrected
people can choose what path and its all the same with me
go ahead, chose the swearing path!
but just know, no one can make that decision for me
only I can
I stay on the internet because I can look at swears like any other word
unless I'm the one who wrote it

Whether you swear or not is completely your choice, and I think it's funny that people who say "SWEAR LESS" think they'll make it happen.

Clovvach In reply to ??? [2011-07-11 02:00:23 +0000 UTC]

I say cuss words whenever I feel like it. ;-*

just as much as any word.

Plus, meaning, not words, matter:

"My ass is itchy" = "my but is itchy" same thing same thing, dosen't matter to me witch one you choose IMO.

Caution-LowCeiling In reply to Clovvach [2011-07-11 04:00:35 +0000 UTC]

Totally agreed, though my dad always told me "WHY WOULD PEOPLE USE CUSS WORDS WHEN THEY CAN USE THE ORIGINAL WORD INSTEAD"
Yet, I caught him swearing to no end on the phone at someone. When I was what, 7 ? Shortly after that little speech.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Clovvach In reply to Caution-LowCeiling [2011-07-11 20:48:26 +0000 UTC]

Why say the original words when you can say curse words instead? (if no one around is offended, etc.)

the thing goes in a little loop. I say "shit" just as much as I say "cake": when the situation calls.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Caution-LowCeiling In reply to Clovvach [2011-07-12 08:00:36 +0000 UTC]

Exactly.
It's alright to do, of course, as long as I use it around people who don't mind it and won't get offended/get me in trouble.

DreamAmongStars In reply to ??? [2011-07-11 01:39:29 +0000 UTC]

People who don't cuss have just as much a right to be on the internet as people who do. It doesn't matter.

You just need to learn how to deal with people. Some people don't like cussing and they will speak up about it. Deal with it. It's life.

I'm not saying this because I don't cus - I do. I just don't think that this is necessary.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Caution-LowCeiling In reply to DreamAmongStars [2011-07-11 04:03:00 +0000 UTC]

While it isn't, there's nothing that says I can't do unnecessary things. I just wanted to share my opinion on the matter, which I have the right to do, just as much as people who are offended by cussing can make stamps saying "STOP CUSSING".

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

DreamAmongStars In reply to Caution-LowCeiling [2011-07-11 16:46:57 +0000 UTC]
