This was something I thought off after I got the LEGO Brickmaster book from the Legends of Chima range.

Basically, it's Windra, the white wolf with a black heart, using stolen Lion Technology to create her own jetpack with Wolf Markings.

You see, I see her more like Rouge the Bat - a seductive thief with the ability of making off into the night uncaught (which is like my Chima fanfic, blended with Sonic X and Dinosaucers)....
