My raspberry bushes are attracting many bugs, whom I should have chased away to keep my beloved raspberries all to myself... Thanks to my newfound hobby of photography, this wasp got to continue its feast.Related content

I agree with you that the focus isn't perfect because the raspberry should be sharp under the wasp. Sharing with bees is OK because they normally don't eat raspberries

Yeah, it was a cloudy afternoon and the lighting was so poor to have a crisp-sharp picture. I'd love to have a more clear view of the wasp's eating details that I didn't get. Perhaps I'll try again when the sky clears up. It has been grey and dull for a long time.

Then I say that I am allergic to wasps (which is true; nearly died when I was 7 years old) and just protect myself by killing them :-D Anyway. Our neighbour came back from holiday, found the wasp nest above his balcony and killed them. There is another nest some houses away but they don't disturb us so much.
Yeah, missing light destroys every macro picture... Grey and dull is often german summer but this year it is pretty nice. I can't complain.

I think the focus is just right. This one seems to be looking at you saying: Dont you disturb me!!!!!
