Candace from the Disney show Phineas and Ferb. It's such a fun show, in part because it's a rarity in that none of the characters are stupid or rely on crude jokes.
Candace is the main characters' older sister and gets crowned Queen of Mars in one episode; see here for a short music video.This was supposed to be my last piece from 2009. I actually went from sketch to this in about 3 days, which is a new record considering how slow I am. And it was just fun. Candace is flat-chested, which was a challenge almost as big as turning a very cartoonish character into anime, but I'm very happy with the turnout.

I know! I had a heck of a time trying to draw her, because anything really identifiable was too cartoony (head shape, bug eyes).
