He's supposed to be manly but with a very feminine face and pouty lips, the feminine face part..Well, failed.
This only motivated me to capture femining beauty. Hopefully..
Oainted in Photoshop. I much prefer Painter for realistic drawings but since I did not have the program . (Comp crashed, moved to a new home, stuff happened.)
It is my newfound goal to draw, draw, and draw!

Beautiful pose, thoughtful, intense, denotes solitude. The lighting is well done. I like how it washes out from right then goes into shadow on the left. This piece is excellent! Catches the eye immediately with the mood and composition. The colors are also nicely chosen. Well done!

He looks pretty manly for an elf..I donΒ΄t dislike it, cause itΒ΄s beautifully executed and perfectly done, displaiyng an full mastering of the techinique. But, as an elf, I would prefer to see an androgenoushuman like creature...

Beautiful work! I really like it, I just don't like how the 'neck' is lost in this pose. I mean that with the littlest amount of distaste, because I guessed what picture you use for reference, and I don't like the same thing about it.

I actually agree with you, It bothered me too, but I still loved that pose and I thought it would fit my character. ^^'
Looking back on it now (both the ref and the painting) I think I made his hand a tad too big and there should have been more shadow to show the line of his neck. o.0
