Haha, I must have submitted that last tutorial like two years ago or some thing. And I promised to do a re-make.This is for mouse users!~ and Photoshop, it'll work on versions 6 and above, as far as I know.
So when I was drawing a picture of Maleena, I scapped the body but liked the head... so it's tutorial time!~
This technique didn't work as well as I had hoped on her bright red hair, but you get the idea. I don't recommend this for realistic hair! It's more like fantasy/overly shiney effects!
