Well, this is my Resident Evil costume from Halloween. ^^ I've been wanting to cosplay as Alice ever since I saw her in the first movie and then after seeing how cool her outfit is in the third movie I finally decided to make the costume. For now, it's really inaccurate. There are so many things that I want to change and improve. I would've made it better but tons of school work prevented me from doing that. I'll remake it someday. ^^This is supposed to be that scene in the movie when Alice is using her psychic powers to burn all those zombie crows. I really like how this CG came out considering this is only the 2nd CG I've ever done. I mean, I've done like photo touch-ups and stuff but never something as hardcore as this. lol XD I hope you guys like it!

Actually, I made it my goal to dress up as Alice from the third movie for this year's Halloween!! I was wondering... How were you able to make the leggings!! I read above that you ran it through a sewing machine to attach it to the top, but I can't find a one piece of thigh highs like those... any tips??

And I made the leggings out of scratch. I drafted a pattern for the top and the leggings and added a strap to both of the patterns that attaches everything together. Just be sure to have the straps be long enough because I ran into problems with them being too short and had to keep adjusting them.

wow, it looks great. for a sec I thought you just photoshopped your head into a still from the movie.
I think the costume looks great! the only inaccuracy off the top of my head is that the coat isn't as long as in the movie.

Yeah, there are a whole lot more inaccuracies to my costume other than the coat. lol I was focusing on my school work a lot so I didn't really have much time to make the whole costume accurate. But I'm planning to remake the costume. ^^
