It might be sad to introduce a new FC and have them looking so... uh... er... let's say disheveled- But here we are!
This lovely little Waddle Dee lady on the left here is named Hera! She is actually very sweet and usually... a fair bit more optimistic than she appears here right now. She's had... a bit of a rough time, if you couldn't tell by all the bandages around her shoulder, there. I'm sure the bruising doesn't help either but hey, at least that will fade! The shoulder wounds will have to scar, but fret not, she is tenacious!

Hera works as one of the many, many Waddle Dees on staff in Castle Dedede; in particular she's one of the guards and is typically armed with a spear, though it wasn't really her guard work that brought her and Meta Knight together. Actually it might be fair to say that the main antagonist did it, but of course I can't reveal anything about them, other than by this point, though they have struck the castle in an attack(s?), they're far from being caught and stopped, and the Waddle Dees are still very much in danger. Perhaps not only them...

Of course, that, for Meta Knight, is a very headache-inducing conundrum.

The fact that his one duty is to protect the people around him and he just cannot seem to do it, (you can't fight what you can't find), is extremely stressful for him and he spends much of this story very unhappy for that reason. And other reasons.
