Doctor Doom (Victor von Doom) has formed the Masters of Evil. He has a secret plan to steal the power of Odin, the All-Father of Asgard.

Mandarin quits the team because he does not want to follow Doom's orders. The rest of the Masters of Evil set a trap for him as vengeance.

Fin Fang Foom atacks S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier and is defeated.

The Enchantress Amora's defeat comes when she tries to stop the heroes who protect Asgard.

Ultron and Baron Mordo (Baron Karl Amadeus Mordo) are betrayed by Loki and Doctor Doom while they proceed with the last phases of their master plan.

Loki is the ruler of Asgard for a short time, but the heroes defeat him, only to be defeated by Doctor Doom, who now wields Odin's power.

Mole Man (Harvey Rupert Elder) is still standing, and he awaits for his orders.
