name suggestions for caracter GREATLY APPRECIATED

second in the Nymph series. element Fire! havent seen my first? go check my gallery (second page) brynn (element water/air)
tried to use all comments/critisism of piece one in this... so you see PLEASE CRITIZISE ME and help me improve


been ages since i updated a traditional artpiece wich is intendedly my main reason for being on DA.... (i just work heaps slow)
piece took 1 year thinking, 3 sketches till the final sketch, overal time taken for sketches 2-3 weeks
final skeetch took me about 9 hours (yes bad eh?) i just took ages to figure out how i wanted each lil flame to go, overall kept rather peacefull, didn't want it too disturbing. like wild open fire.

betere naam dan moet ik eersta wat meer van haar weten wat is haar specialitijt wat is ze wat kan ze wat doet ze in het dagelijks leven enzo soort profiel ik weet nu niks van haar ik weet niet eens wat voor soort nipgh ze is.

have you thought about vectoring this? it reminds me of a line in a Sparklehorse song, I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but it's really good. i wish the pose were a little more dynamic, though the detailing of the fire is pretty intricate. i think you could have a lot of fun in photoshop with this one, i hope to see the results

One thing i might add is try to be less 'perfect' with your drawing for the first draft sketch not just draw one line, you know?

when you draw, you do just that, draw, your lines have to be prefect and they are only one line, why not try sketching? sketching as in quick lines (more than one) that go to form the picture, ill give an example - [link] you know now?

the swirling lines and the swoopy hairstyle work fell for the element of fire.

It's possible the lips may be a little off center or something, but I cna't really tell. I can't really find anything arong with it, really. I thin it looks very nice. Is it just going to be i npencil.. or is it going to be colored?

Proportions: The upper arms need to be longer if you want to be "correct". Anatomically, they should be as long as her forearms. Her fingers could use a bit of lengthening as well. Not her thumbs, her fingers.

Otherwise, she's looking great. Can't wait to see her finished.
