This is the title card from a very special upcoming episode of Familiar Faces. So special I may need some help...A tragicly under used Batman Batman villian, dispite the fact that her first apparence is so rememberable.

She is one of the clever villains Bruce Timm and Paul Dini came up with. Sadly some people forget her or don't know her at all. I'm glad she is being brought up again.
