"Princess" Courtney finds herself in prison working at forced labor. Because of her age she is required by the "DA" to wear a top and shorts-- seized from new arrivals-- over and under the extremely short uniform that all prisoners wear at this complex. Interestingly enough, I was just looking at REAL ball and chains today (in a museum). They used to be made from canon balls, and were incredibly heavy for obvious reasons.
Maybe this one is made of uranium, or some equally dense and very, very heavy metal?

It's made of standard iron, but it only weighs about 3 kg. Just enough to slow the wearer down and continually remind her of her predicament.
