Did this to test out my new tablet
This is a colored version of a drawing I submitted not too long ago, basically dreaming up a proper raccoon 'fursona' and also just having fun with designs overall. I haven't drawn or worked on much lately outside of my job, so this felt very good to sit down and do.
I'm still not quite sure I love the colors on him, but I do like them enough. I'll probably play with them a bit more in the future in other art. The only thing that really does bother me a little in this one is the tail, but I couldn't think of a better way for it to lay and still show it off.
Still, I enjoyed doing this and I hope you guys enjoy it as well

For a really rough picture, it's still not that bad, considering your potential with your other pictures. Is there a straightedge function in there so you can draw straighter lines? It'd probably help with the top of the couch...
Sit down and do? More like lay down and do. 
Also...*looks up to Shadowsoldier's comment too* I'll admit, I'm thinking about it too...though I know there's more than just that.

I like it. I think the colors are fine on him, but I would like to see what else you do with the coloring.
For a test, it's pretty good looking, with the colors and shading, though the lines are a little rough. Despite that, it's still a very impressive looking coloring. Great job.

It's no big deal if you have trouble. I don't know too much about Illustrator, but a friend recommended it, and I saw some of his work on it and it looked pretty good, so maybe it is worth at least testing out the free trial.
No problem, always glad to do it, though you should know that I'm resisting the urge to conduct own little test with this raccoon and so far I'm not winning the battle.
