Alex, for those who don't know him very well, is an extremely shy furson, even around friends. He only opens himself up around a select few individuals and, even then, he's still quiet and anxious. He has his reasons for being such, but a lot of it is simply his natural personality.

Of course, Timmy Bunny is the exact opposite! Outgoing and friendly and always wanting to help any fur that he can. If anyone can break Alex of his shyness, at least to some degree, it's him... and maybe Rose.

Here we have Alex being especially shy about something, but Timmy is encouraging him to be otherwise and to relax. Only time will tell if the bunny is successful, but Alex has already taken off his heavy overshirt and his shoes, so he's at least at a good start for unwinding.
